Jon was beyond professional and wonderful; he fully and promptly answered my questions, treated me as though I were his only customer (he's one of the top Hyundai sales persons in the USA!) and took time to walk me through the buying process. He went out of his way to get the exact car that I had wanted. And when I took delivery: instead of throwing me the keys and waving buh-bye, he showed me how everything worked. Amazing! He clearly enjoys his job and is very customer-focused. I highly recommend him. Finance person Yaseen Ali is just as professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him too. Since I was purchasing my first car, I was very nervous and not very knowledgeable of the process but with Al Jordan’s help, I felt sooo guided and confident with my decision. Adrian was also very helpful with crunching those numbers and giving me a few options which definitely helped in my decision making.
