I appreciate how well I was treated from begining till now.Jose, Tony,Yarib, Monic and Anthony the fianance guy . Everyone was very patient. I had a lot of concerns about my choice of XLE which I Iove the now.Jose, Tony,Yarib, Monic and Anthony the fianance guy . Everyone was very patient. I had a lot of concerns about my choice of XLE which I Iove the way it feels and drives. But the XSE I don’t like the quality in the camera at all the little things I noticed . and things they were not aware of they all went out of the way and were very honest, also respectful.. cause Toyota North Miami could learn a lot from this team. This was my best experience car wise. Ps I’ve had 3 highlanders XLE and now an XSE 🥰😍 thank you Lipton Toyota team More

My experience with Lipton Toyota was excellent. Yarib was my sales agent and he was extremely helpful and professional. I forget the name of the manager on duty at the time of my purchase, but he Yarib was my sales agent and he was extremely helpful and professional. I forget the name of the manager on duty at the time of my purchase, but he was also professional and courteous. The F&I manager, I forget his name too, was very impressive and super knowledgeable. He walked me through all of the various financing options and spent quite a bit of time to help me find the best deal. I was very impressed by him. Trevor Martin is my service manager and he is terrific! He made my visit comfortable and effortless. He took care of my issue and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. He made sure that I was satisfied with my experience and took great care of me. I will highly recommend to everyone that I know that if they are looking for a new or used car that they should be Looking for Lipton!! More

Juan Curillo was extremely unprofessional and did not resolve my issue. My Toyota Tundra has a squeal on the front brakes. It happens when the car has been sitting for over 3hrs. Unfortunately they looke resolve my issue. My Toyota Tundra has a squeal on the front brakes. It happens when the car has been sitting for over 3hrs. Unfortunately they looked at the truck after I drove it and it didn’t squeal. I showed him multiple videos that it happens at any time of the day and he completely ignored me. Said that there wasn’t anything he could do and refused to keep the truck overnight so the technician could look at the car in the morning. I also provided T-SB-0043-24 for this issue to which he said that it was VIN number specific. Which is a complete lie. More
