Juan Curillo was extremely unprofessional and did not resolve my issue. My Toyota Tundra has a squeal on the front brakes. It happens when the car has been sitting for over 3hrs. Unfortunately they looked at the truck after I drove it and it didn’t squeal. I showed him multiple videos that it happens at any time of the day and he completely ignored me. Said that there wasn’t anything he could do and refused to keep the truck overnight so the technician could look at the car in the morning. I also provided T-SB-0043-24 for this issue to which he said that it was VIN number specific. Which is a complete lie. More
