Over priced labor and parts. Incorrect diagnosis which led to Ford having my truck for over 3 week. after they said they fixed it and test drove it to say it didn't have issue bu Incorrect diagnosis which led to Ford having my truck for over 3 week. after they said they fixed it and test drove it to say it didn't have issue but as soon as I drove it the issue was still present. They try to oversell the issues. Asked about brakes and said they needed them even tho they didn't. Over charge for parts found cheap part from other Ford dealer. They quoted 1800 for new brakes and EGR sensor replacement. I did it my self for 600. Rip off More

They either lie or they’re flat out incompetent. They said cutting a speaker wire voids your warranty. They wanted almost $3500 for a repair that dealer took care of for pennies. Their repair solution was in the complete opposite end of the car that the other dealer fixed. More

Reported tires as repairable to my warranty company when I was told they were cracked / aged out / had to be replaced by my service advisor; long story short, I was denied reimbursement because of the false I was told they were cracked / aged out / had to be replaced by my service advisor; long story short, I was denied reimbursement because of the false information provided. On top of that, the tires were mounted horribly and way out of balance, went back once to rebalance and they still have vibrations. Not happy. More
