Went there for my oil change and tire rotation and needed a wheel balance due to a vibration at 70 mph. They charged me a fortune to do the balancing. Several days later I realized that the truck vibrates even worse than it did before. There's dealership is not close to me so I couldn't get it back down there but needed to make sure that I wasn't going to have a blowout. I took it to discount tire where they told me that my weights on the wheels were nearly an ounce off on each one. By the way, they charged about half of what this dealership charged me. I will never go back there again. I don't care that I paid for a maintenance plan of oil changes for 4 years it's not worth it to me. Their mechanics are terrible More

Yankiel quoted me a total price in person for an oil change the day before in person after looking up my vin and made an appointment the next morning. After service the total before for taxes was not 21 change the day before in person after looking up my vin and made an appointment the next morning. After service the total before for taxes was not 212, but closer to 275. When asked how it went up when he told me 212 the day before, he asked me if I wanted a discount as if I didn't do my due diligence for the cost of work. Shady to chance price and insult me with a 'discount' after getting a total quote for a simple oil change. More

Paid for a vehicle diagnostic for 3rd row seat not folding. Drop the car off at 8am I was given a call at 3pm saying they just started the work and has not dispose the problem. I picked up the vehicle folding. Drop the car off at 8am I was given a call at 3pm saying they just started the work and has not dispose the problem. I picked up the vehicle an hour later. I also brought in my vehicle in for a recall notice which was not completed either at the time of the phone call but was told it was completed when vehicle was picked up. Also, I thought I received a multi point inspection, my radiator fluid is below “Low” More
