Yanis Estrella was just wonderful and a pure delight! She's been there for a while and she delegated and hustled to get my trade in, credit app, to a new pre-owned car in just 4 hours! She knows how to expedite things and she's very personable in a dealership full of men. I adore her! If you want a fair deal on a pre-owned vehicle and to trade in your current mess, go see them! Frustrating experience with a sales rep who refused to answer very straightforward questions about whether certain certified used cars were available. Each time I asked about availability she dodged the answer very straightforward questions about whether certain certified used cars were available. Each time I asked about availability she dodged the question attempting to sell me a new car. Especially disappointing because I traveled to the show room because that very morning I was assured the car I was interested in was available. I understand that cars can be sold and the system does not show that, but my rating is based on the refusal of the sales person to answer my question. She just dodged everything. I respect sales people and understand the sales process. But this was felt disingenuous. I gave up and walked away. More
