Entire vehicle review and purchase process was excellent. Yamil did a great job (and was very patient) explaining every feature of the Pinnacle. There was no high pressure sales as most dealerships still att Yamil did a great job (and was very patient) explaining every feature of the Pinnacle. There was no high pressure sales as most dealerships still attempt. The total time at the dealership was about 3 hours. Truly incredible purchase experience. Heartily recommend Yamil and this dealership. More

I received a flyer in the mail with trade in incentives. On July 26th I went to the dealership to look at the possibility of trading in my leased Compass. I met with Yamil Negron and started looking to purc On July 26th I went to the dealership to look at the possibility of trading in my leased Compass. I met with Yamil Negron and started looking to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. My wife and I then decided to trade in our car and purchase a 2025 Grand Cherokee. During the sales process I told Yamil that I did not want the Premium Protection package and he told me that if I did not get the package I would lose certain warranties. We were there for over 6 hrs to complete the sale. The finance process with Mike Allen was very confusing using the giant desk top screen. After signing all the documents we were given a short lesson from Yamil on the vehicle operation and we left the dealership. I was never explained any of the numbers or the actual purchase price of the vehicle. I was not given the thumb drive with all my paperwork. I met with Yamil several weeks later to try and get the thumb drive and waited over 45 minutes for assistance. I person noticed me sitting there and asked if he could help, His name was Waseem. He sat down with me and I tried to express my concerns about the bad buying experience I had. I also asked why I was charged $599.00 for floor mats that i didn't get.When I told him that the same floor mats were around $130 in the parts department he said we have to make a profit. Why does the dealership over charge for the mats? After finally getting the thumb drive I was able to look at all the numbers that I didn't get to see, I was not happy. During the sales process I should have been told the numbers. After that I did speak with Frank Maiorino to try and get answers, He advised he would get the floor mats installed after having to order them. Several days later I was contacted by Ashley Szepesi to have the floor mats installed after being ordered, she was very helpful. I expressed my concerns to her and she sent me back to Yamil. Yamil could not explain or answer any of my question. His only reply was 'You signed the paperwork" That was my biggest regret. This was the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. it would have been nice to sit down with someone and try to resolve some of my issues. These are still unanswered questions: Why was I charged the sticker price not the advertised web price? Why did it take two weeks to get my thumb drive? Why were the floor mats $599.00 not the lower price at the parts department? Why was the Premium package not removed from the total price of the vehicle? Why was no explanation given about pricing during the process? More
