I waited for five hours at the dealership with minimal updates about what was going on. If they had been up front, I could have taken the shuttle or found a ride home. Instead, I waited 2.5 hours to be to updates about what was going on. If they had been up front, I could have taken the shuttle or found a ride home. Instead, I waited 2.5 hours to be told I needed new tires, another hour and a half to be told someone would check on what was going on, and then another 45 minutes after being told it would be done in 20 minutes. Then I realized my car had been sitting outside the door finished for the last 25 minutes but no one bothered to tell me and give me my bill. I left with a migraine and $1000 less in my pocket. The old woman next to me told me to go somewhere else and get tires cheaper. I should have listened to her. They didn’t even seem convinced that the tires would solve the issue.
