We purchased our Corolla Cross Hybrid on 9/11. We were told by our original sales person there would be a 60 day wait. We agreed to wait. About 30 days later we called for an update on our order We were told by our original sales person there would be a 60 day wait. We agreed to wait. About 30 days later we called for an update on our order and informed that our agent was transferred and that our new agent will contact us. When he did the car was delivered but the wrong color.. Our new sales rep bent backwards to find us not only the right color but an upgrade at no added cost to us. He was in constant contact with us until the car arrived and set up my cell phone connection and explained all of the safety features. In spite of a rocky start, Conicelli made certain we were happy with our purchase and has extended to us their availability if we had any problems or questions. This is our 2nd purchase from this dealership and know when the time comes we will come back to Conicelli . More

Conicelli was very efficient and organized. Took me before my appointment time. The gentleman who initially took me at receiving was nice and gave me instructions on how to avoid a back up on t Took me before my appointment time. Shout out to Yahsiah Mays who walked up to detail to find out for me what to use to clean the interior. He was very informative and went the extra mile! I have a Toyota dealership ten miles from my house. I could have taken it there but the people at Conicelli is well worth the drive! Thank you More
