jlc26, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Thankful. Looks like this situation was about a year or so ago in December 2023? I sincerely apologize about the miscommunication in the rain sensing wipers. From the research I have found, the vehicle listing did show that the vehicle had that option, but it did not. We will take credit for this, but I assure you this was not intentional. This is why we immediately, unwound the car-deal and paperwork for you. I reviewed the phone logs, you did call in on Tuesday several times to Thankful’s desk phone and left a few voicemails, Thankful’s day-off Tuesday and I checked her timecard and validated she was off that day. This lines up with her returning your calls on Wednesday. At the end of the day, I am sorry you feel the way you do, should you give us the opportunity to sell or service your vehicle needs in the future, I would gladly help you myself or lend a hand to you with another employee.
