Everything was good until the lies started coming. After having the car for a week I was asked to come back for more paperwork, however, this was to ask for more down. After coming to an agreement to put more down within 30 days Xavier took my payment information and disappeared for about 45 mins. A family emergency arose and I asked for my keys so I could tend to it. Meanwhile the person from finance who had discussed the hold and option for 30 days to put more money down, was sitting next door chatting with another person in finance and had not even bothered to update on what was happening. The response was Xavier bringing my previous car back and stating “we couldn’t get funds to clear for the hold” I informed that was impossible as there are more than enough funds in the account at the time. He then replied I don’t know, gave me my keys, showed me to my car and walked away. He did not have the courtesy to ask if I had any belongings in the new car to take out. I had to text him to get my belongings back which took another 10 mins. Bell Honda used to be great but recently I have been nothing but disappointed by their appalling customer service and actions towards prospective buyers. More

The buying experience was great. However, we purchased a brand new car and there was some slight damage on the front end which we noticed just before we drove it off the lot. I received a call to bring it in to the collision center and a guy took pictures. They said they would get back to me and I've called and left messages, and now 6 weeks since the pictures were taken, no one will return my calls to get the damage fixed. Sales: Great! Collision center: Awful! More

Xavier was very professional and helped us with the purchase of a used vehicle. Unfortunately my only other interaction was I felt, dismissive. I noticed small spots of oil in the garage after we pur purchase of a used vehicle. Unfortunately my only other interaction was I felt, dismissive. I noticed small spots of oil in the garage after we purchased it. I assumed maybe some oil had been spilled while being changed, so I climbed underneath and cleaned up under the motor and surrounding area. But still oil is leaking somewhere. I called to ask about what should be done since it has only been 5 weeks since the purchase. I was told that nothing could be done on their part but since I purchased the extended service warranty that’s the route I would have to go! So you sell me a vehicle that has issues now Bell Honda has washed their hands of it and now I must take it somewhere to find out what they missed, on the vehicle that they did a 100 point inspection on that was also added to the purchase price of the vehicle. I decided to take it to another dealership to get the truth on what is going on. More
