I was very happy with the sales and the deal I received. I decided that the I would cancel the warranty and Submitted my paperwork on April 30, 2024. I have called three times and emailed twice asking the status of my refund was and have Told that I would receive a call back and I have never received one. Extremely disappointed. Still waiting for the status of my refund and that call back. More

Test driving cars was fun. Wyatte made it fun. And easy. He was patient with me. They finally found a great car….I hope since the last car that needed a new engine after 6 mos Wyatte made it fun. And easy. He was patient with me. They finally found a great car….I hope since the last car that needed a new engine after 6 mos because there was a law suit which the car should not have been sold to me. I did not want to finance this time but they talked me into at least talking. Of course he had me sign. I insisted on staying with my bank and ended up with some other bank. Told him I needed to stay around 200 and he first offer was 336.00. Talked too fast and had me sign to fast. And this was all before the car had been detailed and checked out which I should not have signed. Waste of their time because I cancelled everything and went with my bank as I originally knew I wanted. Buying a car should be a fun experience. I do like my car though. So far. More
