I was very pleased with how my husband and I were treated. Wyatt Katz was the salesman from whom I purchased the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from. I had my eye on another Jeep from a different dealershi treated. Wyatt Katz was the salesman from whom I purchased the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from. I had my eye on another Jeep from a different dealership but Wyatt sold me on this one and I didn’t need to look elsewhere. Great. Customer service and after sales follow through. I had financing in place before going to the dealership. I specifically requested that they did not pull my credit report to avoid additional hard inquiries (I’m in the process of applying for a home loan a I specifically requested that they did not pull my credit report to avoid additional hard inquiries (I’m in the process of applying for a home loan as well) after purchasing the vehicle I noticed several hard inquiries on my credit report.They had applied on my behalf to multiple lenders without my permission. I’m still able to get my home loan but it did bring my credit down a few points. I’m not pleased about it. More

Nice salesman. Typical used car experience from a dealership. Slight tick in the motor after I got it home. Probably a lifter...but would have liked to have known thay before I purchased.
