Everyone was a pleasure to work with at Mercedes! I went in to take a test drive super undecided on what I wanted to do at the time but wanted to see how I liked the car. My salesman Jonathan was very friendly and didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision. He made the process extremely enjoyable. Just because of how kind everyone was to us at the initial test drive made me want to come back. I ended up going back about a week later to purchase the vehicle and I cannot say enough how great everyone was from Jonathan my salesman to Windy and John in F&I. More

Everyone we've come across have been welcoming and helpful. Our salesman David was excellent with his patience as we took alittle longer to decide what we wanted but he never gave up. My service experience with the dealership is 5 sstar. However, that is where the stars end. I have to call Sales to get to speak with someone in Service because the phone is rarely answered and msgs le However, that is where the stars end. I wanted to purchase an extended maintenance dept and place several calls and NEVER received a call back until I finally called Sales, who always answers, and the manager put me in touch with Windy who was excellent. I do not recall the Sales Manager's name but he was extremely helpful and professional. I had some damage done, minor, while the car was in the shop. I called my service rep Kevin who is definitely 5 stars, told him about the damage and was expecting a call from his manager. The call NEVER came. I called to follow up and Kevin scheduled me for service to replace the damaged running board. The Manager Never called to apologize for the damage to my car. That is very poor service. So if you need service they do a great job if you can get someone on the phone. The finance manager never returns call. Even when you want to spend money in the dealership. NEVER EVER calls back! They have nice inventory and Sales will always be available. Service will be available but getting to service via phone is near impossible. More
