I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and moved here in 1985 looking for a better life. This is by far the best place I’ve ever worked. I love the people and I love my job. When I do have time off, my wife and I work on our house, cheer for our daughter at her soccer or basketball games, and on Sundays, spend time in church. It’s a wonderful life and we really feel blessed.

Robert Madden was exceptional. He took the time to show me the cars and features and explained everything clearly. Everyone there is extremely professional and friendly. Wilmer Rodriguez took the time to come out and introduce himself to me. Nick was extremely professional and friendly. Overall Robert and his team worked together to really make this experience positive. I would highly recommend BMW of West Chester highly. More

We had a truly fantastic experience at BMW of West Chester purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned X5! Our Client Advisor Justice Mogano was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and its feat Chester purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned X5! Our Client Advisor Justice Mogano was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and its features. Justice went over all of the vehicles history, what the dealership had done to make the vehicle meet their stringent Certified guidelines and answered all of our questions. He went over all our financing options and helped us selected the one that worked best for us, all with no pressure. Wilmer Rodriguez , the Pre-Owned Manager, introduced himself to us and went over the history of the car and answered any question we had as well. We have shopped at a lot of BMW locations and not one of them could compare to the level of professionalism and knowledge that we received from Justice and Wilmer at BMW of West Chester. More
