Anyone shopping for a car now in 2024, better be prepared for car dealers trying to push any products or warranties that they can to upsell you on, so that they push up the sales price. After test-driving the car, the salesman insisted that we must get the $3,995 certified owner warranty for 7yr and/or 100,000-mile coverage. I told the salesman that this was an option and we didn't want it. I was told that if we don't get this then we would have to pay a penalty. I told the salesman that we would be paying cash for the car and was told that this is an internet sales offer and that we would need to pay via financing. I told the salesman that your internet sales price offer of $16,395 does say that this offer is contingent on being purchased/paid via financing. The salesman counter with, "Well, it doesn't say that you get this internet sales price if you pay cash either". I then responded to the salesman, "Since when is cash, not king"? His response was "Well, I'm only going to $75 on this deal". I told the salesman that my son and I were leaving and he said, let me see if I can speak with my manager. I said, "That's not necessary we are leaving and the salesman said, "No you have to talk to my manager before you leave." While at the front door, just as we were about the leave I was handed a purchase agreement sheet that had actually what I was looking for: the price, the tax, the doc fee, the registration fee and the title fee. I considered going back to the salesman's desk to review the agreement because is was only $100 more than what I expected to pay. However, my son leaned over a whispered in my ear that he had a bad feeling about this and had lost interest in buying the car. Afterwards, while driving home I said to my son, you made a good move because in life you should always trust your gut. It is a shame that you literally, have to be walking out the door before some car salesman will give you the offer you are looking for. More

My family had such a great experience at Route 46 Mitsubishi with Raphael & Willy. They were very respectful, honest and flexible. He was able to land us on my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. I can’t expr Mitsubishi with Raphael & Willy. They were very respectful, honest and flexible. He was able to land us on my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. I can’t express how grateful I am! NEVER WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP! !! They are liars, cheaters and scammers. And utterly unproffessional. They kept us there late at night after promising they would be super quick (fir !! They are liars, cheaters and scammers. And utterly unproffessional. They kept us there late at night after promising they would be super quick (first lie), they posted incorrect numbers on their website (second lie), they promised to help us with car insurance which they didnt (third lie) and they failed to disclose that the car we were looking at is hard to insure because of its high theft rate (fourth lie). When we tried to call them to explain our complaints and sort out all the issues, the representative simply got frustrated and hung up on us- unproffessional to the max. It seems as though they are super friendly up until you aren't satisfied with their service and follow them blindly- and then they treat you like absoloute crap. More
