Willie is a nice and good salesman. He was fine to work with however his follow up is poor. We bought my wifes car and there was a scratch in the rocker panel, during delivery Willie and the GM said "make with however his follow up is poor. We bought my wifes car and there was a scratch in the rocker panel, during delivery Willie and the GM said "make an appointment, take it to service, we will get it fixed while you wait." A week goes by and I take it to service and they said they needed to keep the car and we would have to make another appointement to come back. I made an appointment to do so and Missy gets a call from serivce the day before the appointemtn who said it needed to be arranged as a sales concession and she would have to call Willie to work it out (why cant you work that out amounst yourselves and not involve your cusotmer?). Missy talks to Willie everything is supposedly fine, she comes in and they had to give her a rental, becuase it is not warranty serice it is a sales concession, sales later does not give a PO to enterprise who charges us for the rental, it was later refunded but required repeated follow up from us to do so, I felt like there was little follow through and it was aggrivating. Then we come back a month later to buy ANOTHER car from Willie on January 8th. It had to be ordred and Willie said it would be 6-8 weeks, at the time of purchase he said he would call me with a production number so we could track it's progress. Today (1-25) I get an email from Willie who sends me the production number and said the delivery will be March 31 (12 weeks from order). It is what it is and I am willing to wait, but given his track record for follow up, I am curious if the order was entered in a timely manner. Perhaps its the end of the month and he needed to turn the order in for his commission. More

I went to this dealership solely to learn about thew BMW car lineup and was immediately greeted by Willie Orth who proceeded to explain the various models, their specifications and their price points. After ascertaining my desire for a 7 series he immediately put me in a 750 Li for a test drive explaining during the ride the features of this model, the various offered specifications and the functioning of the navigation system. After the test drive, I decided to purchase this car if the price was reasonable knowing full well that the model that I had chosen was expensive to begin with. Our negotiations on price at purchase were fair, in my opinion. After purchase, I also was able to test the service dept.I was greeted very courteously with an appointment that was on time and work performed was excellent. Because of my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Willie Orth for a BMW purchase. More

Willie greeted my husband and I in the showroom, showed us the X5 in there and then helped us look at the ones on the lot as well. He was very informative and took me on a test drive while my husband waited in the showroom with our baby and then took the time to take my husband out on the test drive as well. We had planned to order the exact vehicle we wanted and Willie was helpful in making sure we did so before the rebate expired so we got the best price. The dealer got one in very close to what we wanted that night so we purchased it the next day and saved even more off the price. Financing was a breeze and the most enjoyable experience I have had buying a car. My next vehicle will be a BMW from Braman and I'm encouraging my friends and family to do the same!! More

Although I have always thought that buying a new car should be fun – even exhilarating – more often than not that “joy” is somewhat diminished by the “car buying experience” itself – which can range fro should be fun – even exhilarating – more often than not that “joy” is somewhat diminished by the “car buying experience” itself – which can range from the general high pressure sales tactics, to the waiting in small cubicles, getting overwhelmed by the “fine print,” and wading through the double-talk after the proverbial hand-shake is over. Not every time of course, but often enough. Not so at Braman Motor Cars BMW! And certainly not so when you have the good luck to purchase a luxury car from salesman, Willie Orth, whose personal integrity has single handily changed my view of car salesmen forever more. Mr.Orth is truly the consummate professional – knowledgeable, friendly, patient and honest. And most impressive of all, he follows up on every question, keeps every promise, and makes you feel like no detail is too small for him to deal with as part of the service he provides to his customers. I HAVE NEVER HAD AS AWEFUL AN EXPERIENCE IN TRYING TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR AS I DID WITH WILLIE ORTH AT BRAMAN BMW IN WEST PALM BEACH. IF YOU HAVE THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE OF MEETING WITH HIM WHEN YOU G PURCHASE A NEW CAR AS I DID WITH WILLIE ORTH AT BRAMAN BMW IN WEST PALM BEACH. IF YOU HAVE THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE OF MEETING WITH HIM WHEN YOU GO TO BUY A CAR -- RUN AND RUN FAST!!!! AT FIRST, WILLIE WAS A TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN -- SLIGHTLY AGGRESSIVE - BUT HELPFUL IN REVIEWING THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS AND TEST DRIVING THE CAR. WHEN IT CAME TO ACTUALLY CUTTING A DEAL, HOWEVER, HE BECAME A WHOLE OTHER MONSTER. I MADE THE MISTAKE -- AT LEAST ACCORDING TO WILLIE (I WOULD, HOWEVER, SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE TRYING TO BUY A NEW CAR, EXCEPT MAY IF YOU'RE DEALING WITH WILLIE)-- OF SHOPPING AROUND TO GET THE BEST PRICE. AT FIRST, WILLIE TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT BRAMAN BMW WAS THE ONLY "HONEST" (HA!) DEALER SELLING BMW'S, AND THAT ANYONE ELSE THAT I SPOKE WITH WOULD LIE TO ME JUST TO GET ME IN THE DOOR, AND THEN WOULDN'T DELIVER. WHEN I ACTUALLY DIDN'T LISTEN TO HIM AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE ELSE, AT FIRST HE CHALLENGED ME TO GO VISIT THEM (AND WHEN I SAID I HAD NO INTERESTED IN DOING THAT), HE INSISTED THAT I GET THE OTHER DEALER'S OFFER "IN WRITING" BECAUSE OTHERWISE HE WOULDN'T TALK TO ME ABOUT THEIR PRICES. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, IT ONLY GETS WORSE..... I NEGOTIATED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE TWO DEALERSHIPS, WITH WILLIE CONTINUALLY TRYING TO CONVINCE ME THAT I COULDN'T RELY UPON WHAT THE OTHER DEALER WAS OFFERING. FINALLY, I APPARENTLY GOT TO A PRICE THAT WILLIE WOULD NOT MEET -- BUT HE WASN'T MAN ENOUGH TO SAY SO. RATHER, WILLIE OFFERED ME A PRICE THAT HE HAD NO INTENTION OF HONORING, JUST TO GET ME TO GO BACK TO THE OTHER DEALER AND EITHER SCREW-UP MY OFFER OR SCREW-OVER THE DEALER. WHEN I CALLED WILLIE AND TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD TAKE HIS OFFER, HE TOLD ME "NO -- I CAN'T SELL YOU THE CAR AT THAT PRICE. I JUST QUOTED THE PRICE TO YOU TO SCREW OVER THE OTHER DEALER" (NOT TO MENTION POSSIBLY ME)! AS A RESULT OF THIS DISCUSSION, MY CONVERSATIONS WITH WILLIE AND BRAMAN BMW CAME TO A CLOSE. FYI -- THE OTHER DEALER, COGGIN BMW OF FORT PIERCE, FL, NOT ONLY DELIVERED ON THE DEAL THAT THEY OFFERED, BUT THREW IN A BUNCH OF OTHER SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL OPTIONS THAT BRAMAN WOULDN'T OFFER REGARDLESS OF PRICE -- INCLUDING "VALET SERVICE" FOR ALL FUTURE SERVICE ON MY CAR. MOREOVER, THE SALESMAN FROM WHO I EVENTUALLY PURCHASED THE CAR AT COGGIN BMW -- RONNIE MCFARLAND -- WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, AND MADE THE PROCESS EASY AND ENJOYABLE. I MANAGED TO BUY MY NEW CAR OVER THE PHONE/INTERNET, MAKING MY ONLY TRIP TO FORT PIERCE TO ACTUALLY PICK UP THE CAR. I WOULDN'T GO BACK TO BRAMAN BMW -- OR WILLIE ORTH -- IF HE WAS THE ONLY CAR DEALER ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH -- I THINK I WOULD RATHER WALK! JEFFREY S. GELLER More
