Once we picked out the car, I asked Mr. Fisher if would get the car for what the advertised price the car was advertised at, and he said yes. After waiting 5 hours I finally got the contract and just wanted to leave, so I signed away. A few days later while getting the insurance on the car I noticed that I was charged $9400 for the car not the $7999 it was advertised at. Once I noticed it, I texted Mr. Fisher about it, and he said he would speak to the manager. He didn't respond back so I texted him again and he said the price was increased because of an inspection fee. I asked about the fee, and he never responded. It is advertised in the dealership that they do the inspections. After not getting a response from Mr. Fisher, I returned the call from a Michael J at the dealership who wanted to know about my experience, he never returned my call. More

Had to give 2 stars because ultimately I got the car I wanted but I will never use this dealership again. They did not value my time at all. I sat over an hour and waited just to get to finance, even thou wanted but I will never use this dealership again. They did not value my time at all. I sat over an hour and waited just to get to finance, even though my finance applicatino was filled out and I had all my information. After signing all the paperwork, Finance still did not tell me who the loan was through, when it was due, etc. In the hour I sat and waited by myself, my salesperson did not even tell me about bluelink or anything. I had to call the customer service number after I had the car home to figure it all out. Now, 10 days later, I am still fighting for my accessories I bought that I was told would only take 2 days. Since he already made the sale, my salesperson isn't answering me, although I know he read the texts. Worse experience I have ever had buying a car. More
