My car was serviced by Scott Honda. While the service was good they shared my personal information with a third party, a warranty company. The warranty company continues to solicit me. I have asked them to remove my information from their system and while they confirm they done so I received another solicitation on Scott Honda letter head today. I have spent hours on the phone with Jason, Scott Honda GM, and the warranty company. I have asked to meet with Duke Scott who has not honored me with a response. Today I wrote to Honda asking them to help. No problems with the service. Sharing my personal information with third parties was not part of the deal. More

They sold my personal information without my permission! I called Scott Honda and was told by Courtney Mr Scott does not talk to customers and offer Willie Carter. I was told he would call me in a minute. He never called. Not happy they sold my personal information without my permission. Not happy Mr Scott will not engage with a customer. Not happy Willie Carter did not return my call. More
