I have a very busy schedule and I wanted a very smooth car buying experience. I live a pretty good distance from Braeger so I didn't want to have to run back and forth between my home and the dealership. Leo took care of everything before I even set foot in the dealership. He and I communicated through e-mail and a little by phone and he was very prompt with his responses. The first and only time I went to the dealership I drove away with my new car. I was very pleased with the buying process and the customer service I received. With their inventory they also had the lowest price for the vehicle I was looking for. I would highly recommend Braeger Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a car. More

The reason I bought a 3rd GM product was the dealership. My first purchase was a HHR and I had trouble with the power steering. I dont want to be a bragger about Braeger but I came in last week looking for a new car and thats when I met Elaine Rupp new car sales expert and for the most bang for my buck she(Elaine) steered me toward last week looking for a new car and thats when I met Elaine Rupp new car sales expert and for the most bang for my buck she(Elaine) steered me towards a Cruze, and I feel in love with what the car and GMAC offered me a great loan rate,so you could say it was a cruise down easy street.When I came to pick up the car a few days later my sales expert ( Elaine) explained more than I will probably ever use on that car,but it was a breath of fresh air to see someone take time and offer great customer service in this day and age it reminded me of the old days,for such a young lady see acted like the old school carsales person.I will let all my friends know about Braeger and how I was treated.
