I would rate this dealership 5 stars in service and fair to poor in sales. I have bought 3 Corollas(1985'1999, and 2024. Service on my 85 and 99 was excellent.My recent experience contains too many problem to poor in sales. I have bought 3 Corollas(1985'1999, and 2024. Service on my 85 and 99 was excellent.My recent experience contains too many problems to discuss in this limited venue-perhaps its the age gap, but I was left with many unanswered and troubling questions, I dealt with two salesmen, one who has cared to call 3 times, and one who seemed happy to make the sale and move on. If any one is interested, I'd comment further. For service, I'd highly recommend. For sales, I would not. John Ansell P.S. One salesman is not listed below-gone?He was the problem. More

This Dealership overall was good. Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with m Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with my Car and called 3 times to speak to a manager about it and no one got on the phone or called back. The regular service employees are excellent...but the service department Management need training and someone needs to find out why, they don't want to speak with customers about issues, the Service Department is their to provide service...not to avoid customers issues...as of now, I still haven't spoken to anyone. More

Found the car listed on Autolist. The car was just listed hours before my visit to see the car. It hadn’t been prepped and was actually sold moments before we arrived. I spoke with William and told him my wi hours before my visit to see the car. It hadn’t been prepped and was actually sold moments before we arrived. I spoke with William and told him my wife wanted to view the car more thoroughly despite it being sold. We looked the car over and she noticed several areas on the car that needed repairs. Overall the car was in good shape compared to other 4Runners we’ve been seeing in the market of the same year model. I was not looking for a 2 wheel drive but my wife advised Will that if anything changed with the deal to make the repairs and give us a call even though I was adamant on getting a 4wheel drive. A few days later I get a call from Will that the car was up for sale again and that they were making the repairs. My wife “encouraged” me that it would be worthwhile to go back and see it again and boy am I glad I took her advice. (Happy wife..happy life) They did a marvelous job on the repairs and the car looked outstanding. I bought the car before even test driving it due to having complete confidence in Scott Clark. I’ve purchased new 4Runners from them in the past so I knew I was getting top quality. The price was well within my budget and the customer service I received from Will (salesman) and Ace (finance) was second to none. I highly recommend anyone in the Charlotte area to visit this dealership for their top quality service and prices. Ask for Will. You will not be disappointed. More
