Purchased a Wrangler 4xe, I commute 58 miles one way , which was discussed several times. Discuss fuel economy with the sales person. Bought on a saturday and came back in that monday with concerns on fuel economy the vehicle was displaying, I was pasified and told that once you get your level 2 charger installed that it would be better. I told him that 100% is a 100% no matter how its charged. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Called back a few days later frustrated with the fuel economy that I was getting again and talked to one of the sales managers. He said he did the math I should save a couple hundred dollars a month, again pasified by someone I felt wouldn't be steering me wrong since I have a friend that works for the company. Then we hit a month I'm getting 22 MPG from a plug in Hybrid that I charge with a level 2 at home and while at work a level 1 charger. I went in and was told a payment to get out of it but wasn't happy with it. Called back a couple days later and the person who told me that payment was out indefinately. They shot gunned my application all over the place distroying my credit to come back and say they could not do that payment. I basicly had no proof that I was told that payment because that person wasn't there. So I'm stuck in a Jeep that I'm not happy with and no one can help unless I'm whiling to go even higher in payment. No one there knows the product they're selling or at least the 4xe. To top it off the steering wheel controls stopped working and the display is stuck on MPG so everytime I get in it I have to be reminded the fuel economy sucks. So as far as the Parks promise, Honest communication and Trusted accountability is not correct. Get a response on my review that follows suit with the company, say you will do something then not! Never reached out to me like they said, again I'm only one customer so I don't matter. Shows how stand up the company really is MISLEADING and NO FOLLOW THROUGH with the customers. More
