Asked to credit back the deposit to my credit card and was told it was no big deal I could get points Took almost a week to complete the transaction. When I called back I was told there was a $75 fee to put the deposit on a credit card. It would have been nice to know that when I asked to have the entire amount credited back so I could write the check for the entire amount. I don’t appreciate that kind of customer service. More

Great experience with the finance manager, Angelo, but unfortunately, the salesman dropped the ball, had me waiting over 4 hours, while he was making another deal.
