Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership!

Had my 2024 defender in for a leaking heating coil. After 6 weeks, I finally get my car back, and there's more wrong with it now than when I dropped it off! They cracked the info tainment screen, gouged the steering wheel, damaged the passenger side grab bar, dinged the doors, and left grease and dirt all over the interior. They failed to re assemble the center console correctly, leaving noticable gaps in the console and failed to re connect the wireless charging pad. The cherry on top is that we're now waiting on parts with no idea how long it may take. The only reason I have anything to do with this dealership is that I don't feel I have a choice. I'll not pay to repair the things that the dealership damaged. I would recommend that you take your vehicle anywhere else for service! They are running an absolute clown show.

Communication was good. Got a loaner that wasn't very clean, though. I actually cleaned the inside of the windshield to get the film off it. It was a '25 Land Rover with only a couple thousand miles on it. They should have higher standards.
