Saw a car listed online @Oxmoor Toyota for sale that I really wanted. Carfax said no wrecks/ damage. When I got there to test drive the car, there was a small dent in the hood and the front clip was scrat really wanted. Carfax said no wrecks/ damage. When I got there to test drive the car, there was a small dent in the hood and the front clip was scratched and hanging on one side. When I asked the salesaman about it his response was" I didn't do it" and told me it could be fixed easily. I decided a few days later to purchase the car and fix the damage. When I arrived to pick it up there was additional damage to the driver door. A dent right in the center of the driver and passenger door and scratches down the entire driver side. I almost left the car there. Again, the salesaman was rude and told me he'd stayed overtime for me to pick the car up and he was going home. He gave me a number to a body repair man and said he'd be able to fix all of the damage for under $1,000. This person never answered my calls. I called Oxmoor the next day after reviewing photos on their website that clearly showed the driver side without damage. The " head of sales" told me to bring it in and they would buff the side of the car but he would put little effort into it and couldn't guarantee what it would look like afterwards. Instead, I got an estimate to fix the damage properly. The clip wasn't the only damage to the front end. The frame is actually pushed in, the hood doesn't latch properly, running light is dangling and I've almost lost the grill twice because it's just sitting in there with nothing holding it in. The dent in the door can't just be popped out because of where it's located. So, I'm stuck with a car that has significant damage and was treated like my business with them was unappreciated/ even unwanted. I'm seriously considering contacting an attorney to see if there's anything legal that can be done to stop this place from lying and dishonest sales practices More

I used to own an Accord but bought a Honda Civic hybrid I used to own an Accord but bought a Honda Civic hybrid last year, although it got good gas mileage it did not have a lot of power and I quickly I used to own an Accord but bought a Honda Civic hybrid last year, although it got good gas mileage it did not have a lot of power and I quickly learned this winter that it did not do nearly as well in the snow. I set out to replace my Civic for another Accord and during my research I happened upon a video comparing the Accord to the Camry. I was impressed so I starting looking online for the perfect Camry. I found several I was interested in but when I called Oxmoor Toyota about a slightly used certified vehicle the sales person Will Moberly answered all my questions and totally put my mind at ease about coming in to the lot and just checking it out. I must admit I was apprehensive about coming to a big lot with a trade in that I still owed money on because I have had several bad experiences and have heard horror stories about trading in a car and not getting anything for it. I agreed to come and Will understood my fears, he offered no pressure tactics and promised to be quick and if I did not feel like it was the car or deal for me there would be no pressure and I could leave. In negotiations I met Cory Morris who I found out I had already talked to while he was on his day off the day before about another car. I spoke to several people and dealers through the course of my research but Cory and Will made me feel safe and comfortable. Needless to say, I loved the car and it drove so smoothly, was beautiful and did wonderfully in the snow. I was sold. Now, for the financial part...I told him what I could afford monthly, what I hoped to get out of my car and what interest rate I hoped for and with the help of Terry Boardman and the manager who agreed to offer me more for my trade in I actually drove out of there with my beautiful blue Toyota Camry that I absolutely love at the price I could afford and an excellent interest rate and could not be happier. I feel like they moved heaven and earth to help me get into my new car on terms I would be happy with. I will recommend Oxmoor Toyota to others and will definitely consider them for my next purchase.
