William Harris was amazing, went WAY above and beyond for me. Had a unexpected expense that was going to cost over $2500 I didn't have. Will spent OVER AN HOUR on the phone with my warranty company to fight me. Had a unexpected expense that was going to cost over $2500 I didn't have. Will spent OVER AN HOUR on the phone with my warranty company to fight and get the claim covered!! I couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and the extra effort that Will put in to make this happen. He is a great employee and has earned my business going forward More

I brought my vehicle back in to fix the rubber molding on my windshield. It was not put back on correctly the last time I brought it in for service work. It was fixed in a timely manner. My only concern now my windshield. It was not put back on correctly the last time I brought it in for service work. It was fixed in a timely manner. My only concern now is that the rubber molding looks damaged. It does not look new like it did before it was taken off. More

Your central scheduling told me I had an appointment today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t. Getting this rating to fill out tells me I had an appointment and someone at the dealership is jackin today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t. I’m not a happy person. I drive too far for this to keep happening! More

I dropped off my vehicle on Monday night after 6pm for my appointment on Tuesday morning. I was told that it would be an eight hour job. I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was given one. Late on Tuesday I re appointment on Tuesday morning. I was told that it would be an eight hour job. I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was given one. Late on Tuesday I received a phone call that my vehicle wouldn't be finished. On Thursday at 5pm I received another phone call, this time I was told that my vehicle was ready. I said that we are going to eat dinner and I will pick it up afterwards. The caller didn't tell me that the service department closes at 6pm on Thursday. I assumed that it closed at 7pm like on Monday. When I arrived to my surprise the service department was closed. I was able to return the loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle it just was more inconvenient for me. More

Sales staff not very knowledgeable. Never followed through for help. As soon as vehicle left dealer, no help at all. Heider said had to bring back for "radio Update". Went back to have done, told needed three things done, should have been told this up front. Never did get "My Chevrolet" app. Will not refer anyone to Heiser for sales or service. More
