The personnel were very nice, but going room to room when we signed final papers was hard for my husband who is handicapped. Purchase experience and financing was straight forward and not pressured. Remote start was "installed" prior to delivery. Later that evening, I tried using remote start and it did not work at all. Causing me to schedule a service appointment after one day of having my new car. Also after coming home directly from dealership, I noticed that the weather stripping was damaged on passenger side, from what looks to be from someone being to aggressive with an ice scraper at the dealership. I immediately notified the salesman that evening of delivery of both issues and did not provide much of any assistance. More

Will was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. I had been to several other dealerships and walked out feeling much was left to be desired. When I met Will, he was very knowledgeable and was able t I had been to several other dealerships and walked out feeling much was left to be desired. When I met Will, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my specific questions about the vehicle. They did not have the exact version of my Traverse that I wanted, but Will worked hard to find one and get it to me with a very quick turn around, which was so aweseom! In addtion to Will, I worked with Shaun, Howie and Mattia, and all were exceptional! I will be driving from out of state to get my vehicle serviced, just becuase good service and personality goes a long way! Thank you guys, great job!! More

William was great from the first time hand shake, to driving off the lot! He did an amazing job working with me and making sure i understood everything.
