Purchase experience and financing was straight forward and not pressured. Remote start was "installed" prior to delivery. Later that evening, I tried using remote start and it did not work at all. Causing me to schedule a service appointment after one day of having my new car. Also after coming home directly from dealership, I noticed that the weather stripping was damaged on passenger side, from what looks to be from someone being to aggressive with an ice scraper at the dealership. I immediately notified the salesman that evening of delivery of both issues and did not provide much of any assistance. More

Will was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. I had been to several other dealerships and walked out feeling much was left to be desired. They did not have the exact version of my Traverse that I wanted, but Will worked hard to find one and get it to me with a very quick turn around, which was so aweseom!
