Horrible experience. Purchased a new used vehicle on October 18th, 2024 at 12:30pm. I was advised the SUV was in excellent condition and a great buy. The CarFax showed no Purchased a new used vehicle on October 18th, 2024 at 12:30pm. I was advised the SUV was in excellent condition and a great buy. The CarFax showed no issues. At 2:30pm headed out of town and the SUV stopped working. Cavender picked up the car brought it in for service. October 24th they claimed their best mechanic fixed the problem and it was repaired. November 3rd, SUV stopped again with the same issue based on the engine warning ⚠️. Paid to have the car delivered back to the dealer and as of today, November 6th the car is still in the shop and no one has personally reached out to me to apologize or offer any explanation. Luckily we made sure there was a limited warranty of 3 months or 3,000 miles but, I’m completely disappointed and have very little faith in the warranty or company. This is NOT the type of service I would associate with the Cavender Cadillac name/organization. More
