Once again, service advisor William Barbaro delivered another 5-Star performance. On Friday, the 18th of July, I was leaving the job around 3pm and noticed my rear tire was flat. I went to the dealership another 5-Star performance. On Friday, the 18th of July, I was leaving the job around 3pm and noticed my rear tire was flat. I went to the dealership to see if they had that tire in stock. William not only found the 1 tire, he squeezed me in SAME DAY to get the tire installed. It was past the cutoff time for same day service but he knew that the tire was an unsafe situation. I am a happy camper now and it all because of the little things that people like William Barbaro do for their customers. More
