I just had a great experience buying a new Bronco Sport Badlands, from Ourisman Ford of Manassas. I am an out of state buyer so most of the paperwork and negotiation was handled before I drove down to pick Badlands, from Ourisman Ford of Manassas. My sales consultant, William Andre, made the process incredibly smooth, friendly, and pleasurable. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive and I couldn't recommend anyone more. In fact, I even had my best friend buy a Bronco from Will at the same time as I did. If that isn't the highest endorsement I can give, I don't know what is. I've been buying new cars for over 30 years and I finally found a dealership that I am 100% certain I will buy more cars from. Thank you so much Will (sales) and Solomon (finance). Purchased a vehicle from out of state. I was searching for a black-on-black 2023 Mustang in October of 2023 yes it was very late in the model year and difficult to find the correct equipme I was searching for a black-on-black 2023 Mustang in October of 2023 yes it was very late in the model year and difficult to find the correct equipment, but they had one. Made the purchase and explained in detail the full process I was going thru with this vehicle. It was to be shipped to Shelby America in Las Vegas to become A Centennial Edition Shelby. So, I was very limited on being able to see the car as I reside in Florida nevertheless, I entrusted the dealership to take care of me as a customer. They set up the transport to Shelby and all seemed great. After Shelby was completed with the transformation I set up the shipping with Reliable transportation to get it to Florida. After it arrived I was able to really polish the car up and prepare to show it. But noticed a minor chip in the paint on the edge of the passenger door handle, just one issue. Next item noticed was the Ford Pass would not connect, the headliner was sagging and the weather stripping around the passenger door was damaged. First response from dealership was "Unfortunately I talked with management and there is nothing we can do about it." Then started blaming Shelby for the issues. I had been in contact with Shelby and Reliable Transport with the same concerns and they were able to produce photos showing the issues upon receiving the vehicle. I was very disappointed in this response initially but after speaking directly to the manager the issues were able to be resolved. Living in a different state was a challenge but it was overcome. More
