Nelsen Opare-Addo was an amazing salesman for us! He showed us the vehicle, addressed any concerns we had and wasn't trying to sell us the vehicle. I've managed some top finance teams in my lifetime and Nelsen had the traits in what I looked for in my sales team. Also, there was a couple issues after we had purchased the vehicle. We brought in the truck and explained the issue. Thankfully Walser Nissan took the time to fix the issues and make sure the truck was the way we had expected on everything was fixed without any hassle or additional costs. The overall experience was top notch. I will look at Walser Nissan the next time I look or have someone I know to go to your dealership to purchase a vehicle. Your dealership should be proud since you back up your words and make sure that the customer has a great experience and you're will to address and issues if anything occurs initially after the sale. Purchased car. 10 days later they said funding didnt go through (they did not correctly identify stipulations within the loan requirements). I had to provide more documentation or they would take the car back. I provided it. Finance manager said he would contact me that day but did not and completely dropped off the radar. That manager NEVER spoke with me again. I had to call them, spoke with a third person, a sales manager, to get an update. He said he would look into it and get back to me. That individual never spoke with me again. We are now almost a full month past the original purchase. A fourth person contacts me to inform me they cannot finance the car I have. I have to get a different car. They give me two quotes for cars that cost $3k more than the first. I turn them down and go look at the entire corp’s inventory and send 6 vehicles I would consider. I select a vehicle, they get it to their location, and I come to finish the paperwork. They said it would take about an hour. It took 2 hours because their original quote expired and seemingly every step was delayed somehow. I had to make emergency arrangements for my kids because I was not able to be there on time to pick them up. The entire process was ridiculously and unacceptably dysfunctional. They gave me a deep discount on a service contract. Every person at that location at every level was involved in this messed up situation, in the end. What a phenomenal waste of everyone’s time. More
