Mark was just the person I needed after my previous car was totaled. He’s calm, methodical, and does NOT oversell. In fact, he makes sure you come to your own conclusion about the best way forward. Will Pauls has been great to work with. When my old Subaru Outback had maintenance issues, he was candid about what was happening with my car. He even conference-called me with the service When my old Subaru Outback had maintenance issues, he was candid about what was happening with my car. He even conference-called me with the service foreman Adam who explained everything and showed me what they fixed with my safety in mind. They never pressured me into any decision with my car. They gave me enough time to think about it, and with all the maintenance issues I ended up trading the car in for a brand new Outback. Joe was great to work with! He answered my questions honestly, and I felt no pressure. He wasn't pushy at all. He made the car-buying experience less stressful. Tom in finance was also great! He did not push me into extended warranties or add-on packages that I was not interested in. Cityside Subaru has been the best dealership I have ever worked with. I have had some really bad experiences in other cities. I look forward to working with this dealership for all my service needs. More
