Service center seemed slow but got the job done. Not very informative. Will was suppose to have my tank filled with gas per Jeff but this did not happen. Michael Jackson did not really do anything to show me the truck or talk about it features. It was all about the numbers for him. I got upset about the low ball offer on my trade in F-150 Lariat as I know what Kelly blue book was offering. I walked out and Michaels associate caught me as I was pulling out and told me they would run the numbers again for my trade in and they got a better dollar value. I know this was a sales tactic that I did not appreciate. Your company motto signs talks about transparency and honesty and doing the right thing. It is obvious you do not follow what you have posted there for everyone to see. More
