I don’t often lose my car in a hurricane, but when I do, I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it came to condition of tires, number of key fobs nor the mechanical integrity of the used-but-new-to-me vehicle I’d selected sight unseen. Yet, I had complete trust in my salesperson, Tommy, in O’Daniel’s dealerships and they did not disappoint. In fact, I was about to leave the dealership when they noticed I had one small little dimple ding in the passenger side, which I’d never would’ve noticed, but they insisted they take care of it before I left. That is great customer service! Thankful for a company that was concerned with my plight, and made the process as seamless as possible for this out of towner. Well done and THANK YOU again! After 10 years with my truck I was reluctant to get into another vehicle and “deal with a dealership”. My family has bought their vehicles from here and recommended me there. We purchased our Honda Accord from Mark almost 7 years ago and it was a great vehicle! It brought our two kids home from the hospital but we've since outgrown it and in need of more space. Mark & Will both worked to get us what we could afford, which was slim, and we are so grateful. I was blessed by my time at the car dealership, of all places.
