I feel that the service center has gone down dramatically in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. I'm have brought both of my vehicles here for absolutely everything for the last 6 years. in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. With the decline in customer service and overal shop performance I am thinking seriously about taking my business elsewhere. The shop ruined my wife's engine in our buick. Yes you replaced it as you should have. Now this new engine has done nothing but throw codes and give us problems. We are out the 150.00 dollar diagnostics test every time and some how something that is wrong with the engine which is brand new and input by the shop cost us more money on top of it. It like nothing is actually covered under the 2 year 100,000 mile warranty. Also everttime my wife is in there she does not receive the military discount that used to be applied to both of our accounts on all vehicles. I have been very disappointed with the overall performance and quality of this place with in the last three months in particular. More

Communication in this particular dealership is non existent, they don’t really know what customer service is. They should be taking care of the customer keeping track of parts that are on order schedu existent, they don’t really know what customer service is. They should be taking care of the customer keeping track of parts that are on order scheduling the service with the customer when the part comes in instead of the customer, having to call the service department and the parts department to keep track of everything. I think they all need to go spend some time at Young GMC in Layton so they have some idea what customer service is all about. More

Had car in to have vacuum hose changed which I already had purchased. Cost 170 $ for a 10 minute job . They said I needed a tune up. So I said yes . They put the wrong sparkplugs in and blew up my motor had purchased. Cost 170 $ for a 10 minute job . They said I needed a tune up. So I said yes . They put the wrong sparkplugs in and blew up my motor . They did replace motor with a USED motor . Drove it 20 minutes engine cuts out . Also while they had it the aircondisioner only blew hot air . Told me it would cost 1145 $ to fix . Took it to different shop and only cost me 450$ to fix . They overcharge , technicians don't know what they are doing and their service people are rude . We will never give them any of our business again . More

I purchased a new GMC Yukon 2023 Denali in August of 2023. The navigation system and the Heads-up display speed warning have not worked correctly from the moment of purchase. I have had the vehicle in 2023. The navigation system and the Heads-up display speed warning have not worked correctly from the moment of purchase. I have had the vehicle in to the repair shop multiple times without ANY success. It is extremely frustrating to spend over $80,000.00 for a new vehicle which does NOT operate correctly. The service department has no answers for me and are not sure of how to get the problem fixed. I was in the repair shop again today (11-22-2023) for another failed attempt to fix the problem. I was sent home with the unfixed vehicle with the final words "we will call you sometime next week." More
