I scheduled a regular oil change and had 1 hr and 20 minutes before my next appointment, but my car was not finished. I texted the number I was told to use during my service but no one answered. They made service simple. Dropped my vehicle off and received a text message With what was needed to be done with my Vehicle .once I approved they started work. Salesman was super. Management. Only gave me one fob. When I asked for second I was told and It probability was never turned over. That is not my problem it is yours. At Management. At a minimum management should have called the last owner to get the for or offered toget a replacement. What I got was no act and every person just turned their backs and left me without a second fob. More
