Overall, this was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. They are more focused on financial gain than on customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Al Hendrickson Toyota to anyone looking for a professional and transparent car-buying experience. The dealership should be responsible for paying for a paint correction to my car, as it is a new vehicle and has numerous scratches all over. I have observed used cars in better condition. More
