Business is in very poor condition; getting worse each year. New software package employed by Service Department is AWFUL. Such a pain in the a$$ to try to get something done! Expressed my dissatisfaction year. New software package employed by Service Department is AWFUL. Such a pain in the a$$ to try to get something done! Expressed my dissatisfaction with this appointment and particularly the new and awful software package. Was told that all Piazza locations use same package. Too bad; will be taking my car elsewhere for future servicing requirements. Been using piazza for about 14 years and tolerated the ‘atmosphere’ cause service was good. Time to move on to another dealer. More
