Disappointed that my automatic transmission fluid change had been missed at my May 6, 2025 service appointment. Transmission fluid was rated as satisfactory! Prior to that date at on September 27, 2024 it had been missed at my May 6, 2025 service appointment. Transmission fluid was rated as satisfactory! Prior to that date at on September 27, 2024 it was rated as May Require Future Attention. I have to wonder if it was even checked on May 6, 2025 with the vehicle now at 33600 miles. More

Even though a mistake was made. ..the wrong size tires were put on my car, they were changed at no cost to me and the service technician was honest and admitted the mistake. I apprec ..the wrong size tires were put on my car, they were changed at no cost to me and the service technician was honest and admitted the mistake. I appreciate the honesty...that goes a long way with me. I will continue to have my car serviced at the dealership. They continue to provide excellent and honest service and did not try to cover up when a mistake was made. More
