They have very bad managers there and what they do is very dirty business and wrong. So far everyone I talked to from our county said they are bad and they lie, sell broken cars and over charge. I’m still seeking help trying to return this truck, please be aware everyone.

I wanted to address the reply you recently posted. The reason you did not receive a call from me is because I did not receive a voicemail. It appears you have used a different name when posting your reviews on social media. While social media is a valuable tool for expressing concerns, it’s essential to remember that there is another side. Regarding your issue, it’s important to note that we are not the manufacturers of the vehicle, but we were always willing to resolve the matter. I must clarify that you and several of your friends entered our dealership and became combative with staff, prompting us to alert the authorities. However, before leaving, our management team offered you a resolution, as you stated you no longer wanted the vehicle. You took keys to a vehicle that did not belong to you, and part of the agreement with management was that you would return the keys to our dealership. As of today, that has not been honored by you. We offered to address the issue with your vehicle in a timely manner and remain willing to do so, as we stand by our word.
If you choose not to accept the resolution offered, that is your prerogative. Please reach out to me directly to advise how you would like to proceed.

You guys Writing back to me on here just to show the public you care, when in fact you don’t care about nothing but selling one car and losing 10 more sales. You have bad management that lost 3 other trucks we were ready to leave with. Only because you wanted to sell me a bad truck that you got for very cheap and couldn’t sell it for anyone else. You people knew the speedometer was in kilometers and the GPS is Canadian, the whole truck was made for Canada and not the US and yet you sold it to me and turned your back. So Maria, I tried calling you back and left you a message 2 days ago and you never called me back. But before you post here you know you have my name and contact number, so you could’ve called me and you still can. You guys must make this right and take the truck back.

Maria I’m sure you know who I am and the name I used is the name I purchased the truck under.
First of all, my truck does NOT have a manufacturer issues, yet. My truck is Canadian and my analog speedometer is in kilometers. I live in New York and I use the truck in the United States now without knowing what my speed is. So you sold me a truck that doesn’t meet the us safety standards. Everyone knew the truck has a kilometers speedometer and yet you sold it to me. You never disclosed it to me or even told me, you just ran a scam so easy on your good customers.
Second, when I was there I called the police and not you, and the other people that were there buying another truck then changed their minds because of what you doing to people, I have nothing to do with, and I’ll not accept your false accusations of me touching another key for another vehicle that doesn’t belong to me.
But the same day I called the police I sent a message to Ken asking to speak with the owner Jonathon and Ken didn’t respond to me, I came back to the dealership and I got surrounded by Samuel and Robert!! They both surrendered my truck and were ready to attract me, check your cameras because I took a video of them harassing me. Now i do not feel safe going back to you and I made this clear to Ken via a text message.
The owner still never called me, or called the other people, everyone have my number and you are free to call me instead of posting on here. But I’m happy to post on here publicly and I’ll not stop until this truck is returned.
The solution you have for me is not accepted. I do not want them changing the whole dash on my brand new $90k truck. I don’t want to modify this truck. I can never sell this truck later even after you modify it, because I have to be honest to whom I’ll sell it too and I won’t lie that’s it’s a Canadian truck.
And even if you changed the dash or the cluster, the speed will always be off by 5-10 miles, this truck is made to read kilometers and there’s many post online about them that I can share with you.
I contacted many departments and I’ll proceed with everything I have to do until this truck is returned with my down payment.
Feel free to call me, in case you don’t have my number Ken has it and last he told me to don’t text him. You can also have the owner call me. It is illegal to sell cars with kilometers in USA.
The service department is an absolute dumpster fire.

I had a brand new vehicle that had multiple problems. Rather than just be honest - that they had no clue how to fix them - they lied, avoided me, then ultimately dismissed me. Brendan Duper is clueless but probably not his fault since his boss is Maria. Worst experience with a vehicle EVER. Thankfully I've offloaded that xxx. Thanks for the life lessons learned.

However, I have an issue with being charged a $295 diagnostic charge up front. The problem isn't so much about the $295, but the fact that my repair ended up being a blown fuse (probably a $50 repair). In the end, they still charged me $295 for the service/repair. They even made me pay for the part (extra $12 dollars....lmao). This is Highway robbery at its best.
I understand charging a diagnostic up front. For repairs that require more work, that diagnostic will be credited back to you. It also prevents clients from getting a free diagnosis and then going elsewhere to get the vehicle fixed. I wouldn't want to put work into something and not get paid. Firestone 100% would not have done that.
In the end, Kevin did give me a $20 credit which I am grateful for, but please do not take your car there unless you know what the issue is, and that the repair will cost more than $295. Sorry, but I have to make this known. Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge of Rockland (and especially the management) dropped the ball here, and they look bad for doing it

Our technicians completed the repair, and your vehicle was returned in working order. We are unclear as to how management failed to meet your expectations, as your advisor discussed all charges upfront and applied a $20 goodwill gesture to offset your total. Our Service Department strives for transparency in obtaining customer approval for diagnostic fees before proceeding. We take great pride in servicing our customers.

Again, I could have given 1 star ratings across the board, but I didn't. You know why....Because 'I DO GET IT". I have no issue with diagnostic fees. They are put in place for a reason....so the dealership doesn't put work in and you take your car elsewhere.
However a blown fuse is a $50 repair. Maybe $100 because i did it at the dealership which is justified. Again, I GET IT...lol. In this case, management could have stepped in and said "hey WE GET IT AS WELL. No way will we charge you 295 for a blown fuse." This is where management failed and did not meet expectations.
Not for nothing, I even mentioned, "what if it is just a blown fuse." the response back was that is "highly unlikely. No repairs cost much less than 295 anyway."
In the end keep your 295 for a "blown fuse repair." I got suckered into it. That's my fault. Remember, I am an OWNER of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I leased two of them from you - Rockland CDJR - and even bought my current vehicle out. WHY would I come back to you guys again for anything?
