My car was towed through CarMax there. They stated it was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and took come pick it up. for me to leave them and the exact same issue happened. I could not give 5 stars because of the lack of concern for my safety and response I was given when I brought my car back to the shop to be reevaluated after extensive repairs that were not done right the for my safety and response I was given when I brought my car back to the shop to be reevaluated after extensive repairs that were not done right the first time. I was told that the tech that worked on my car has to finish a job that requires 15 hours and won’t be able to look at my car until he’s finished, after spending $9,500, $2,500 of which came directly from my savings! Being told to drop your car off is not sufficient. When a tech messes up the least they can do is look at the error to see if the vehicle is safe to drive and it’s the service advisor’s responsibility to ensure that happens. My vehicle was ultimately fixed days later by the ship foreman and Wesley for which I am very grateful! More

In my experience I will no longer be using this facility to service my vehicle, there is a lack of communication with the customer and I should not have to continue to bring my vehicle back on several occas to service my vehicle, there is a lack of communication with the customer and I should not have to continue to bring my vehicle back on several occasions after having my vehicle serviced to have the same problem fixed again because someone didn't get it right the first time. More
