I made an appointment two weeks in a row for just an oil change. And the 1st time I waited 2 hours only to be told I would be next in line. I told the service advisor to bring my car out so I could leave. change. And the 1st time I waited 2 hours only to be told I would be next in line. I told the service advisor to bring my car out so I could leave. The 2nd appointment was also over 2 hours & the advisor said they were waiting a a filter to be delivered. What’s wrong with this picture? More
