The service was excellent. They listened to what I wanted and found a car in LA that met most of what I was looking for. They took the time to discuss what it would take to get the rest of my upgraded option and found a car in LA that met most of what I was looking for. They took the time to discuss what it would take to get the rest of my upgraded options taken care of. The price is always higher than you expect but they did give me a good deal. There is a minor hit for the fact that the interior of the car was a little dirty. I picked the car up after hours, and it didn't arrive from LA until late so they didn't have the personel to clean it propperly. I hope they take care of it when I take it back in. Based on the customer experience that I did receive while there I can say that they most likely will do it for me. More
