I wish I was one of the lucky people that had a great car leasing experience but I didn't. I trusted and believed people & I know better. The experience in the finance dept. was the WORST and my salesperson leasing experience but I didn't. I trusted and believed people & I know better. The experience in the finance dept. was the WORST and my salesperson didn't understand/ hear my needs. The entire process was the most painful experience I have ever experienced. We always used a credit union which protected us from these types of people. I'm stuck with a car we can't afford & my husband is a disabled Vet . & I lost my job because of Covid.. NICE JOB COSTAL !!!! BTW stay clear of Jose Christina or Coy & Ashley called me saying she would be my advocate to only find out they use these methods as a tool to improve themselves... NEVER EVER AGAIN will I trust or believe car people. they have a reputation for a reason ! shame shame shame.. More

Wes & Brian made the deal of a lifetime in order for me to drive off in a beautiful red Tucson on Friday. Jose explained the infamous GAP deal to me in a way as never before that would be understood by anyone not savy in the insurance world. The beautiful Hyundai quality of the Tucson speaks for itself (not to mentiyo new tech features) and after years of not returning to Coastal Hyundai Melbourne I am so glad I did. The atmosphere has changed for the better and actually caring for the customer is out of this world as far as a car dealership goes, this is not your typical car dealer Go talk to them, let them know what you want and they will do their best to make it happen. Also, after Brian explained the newer features to me in the Tucson, I drove off in a beautifully detailed vehicle. Kudos to the detail team as well! More

I also spoke briefly with Wes who was also helpful in answering questions to ensure I had everything prepared so that when I came in my time at the dealership would be streamlined and minimized. Finally, Candi was fantastic at explaining the financial side of things so that I left with a full understanding of car payments and warranties. He was professional in appearance and in handling all the paperwork involved. He took his time to explain everything and show me how to use the many features of the car as well as programming my phone ,seat, etc. I was so please with the entire experience than I am now in the process of purchasing a new Elantra From coastal Hyundai For my daughter which hopefully Damien will be delivering sometime next week.
