With reqirements set before Alan Makabi, he was able to find an SUV. The SUV included a full sun/moon roof, remote start and the most important requirement was so my 80 year old mother could get in and out of it easily due to her mobility issues. Alan was able to meet and exceed all of my expectations. He took care of me as well as my mother. Going over the financing was not difficult either. Wendy Nelson explained all of the financial and warrenty details with care. Her explanation was clear, concise, and down-to-earth. I was able to drive out of the dealership with my new RAV4.
