Overpriced, very high fees ($800 doc fee, 200 ETR), dealer add-ons (reject as much as you can). I looked at one of QX80, did not buy because it was overpriced (that location has its costs). People were nice, responsive, typical dealership mambo jumbo - we are family, we take care of you and so on. At the end of the day clients pay (inflated pricing) for that fancy office and whatever luxe experience they provide. One price policy (again, inflated pseudo market based pricing) will not let them change the list price (on used cars) but they will work a bit with you on your trade-in. I think the score could be strong 3.5 out of 10. More

Very disappointed with how I was treated at this dealership. I made an appointment early in the day of arrival to look at a few of the vehicles they had in stock. When I arrived it was like I never dealership. I made an appointment early in the day of arrival to look at a few of the vehicles they had in stock. When I arrived it was like I never called. I was shuffled around to 3 different sales people, all of which said they had someone else that showed up after me. Finally I just said, you know what, I'm out. Apparently I wasn't dressed a certain way, or maybe because I'm a woman, but obviously they didn't take me very seriously. I came in pre-qualified and with cash. Now, I'm not sure I want to do business with a dealership that doesn't appreciate my business. Shame on you Roswell Infiniti. More

What an awesome experience from start to finish. I purchased an Infiniti from out of state. I communicated with Kristen througout the process, and when I arrived I dealt with Wendell. They immediate I purchased an Infiniti from out of state. I communicated with Kristen througout the process, and when I arrived I dealt with Wendell. They immediately made me feel like family, and I felt good about my purchase the moment I stepped into the dealership. Everyone was friendly, and I was excited about traveling to this dearlership to make this purchase. I wish I was local, I would definitely use them again and again. I purchased my vehicle March 2023 and waited a few minths to write my review. Absolutely love my 2019 qx60. Wendell (my salesrep) is a nice man but I felt once the deal was closed I had to figure out the bas to write my review. Absolutely love my 2019 qx60. Wendell (my salesrep) is a nice man but I felt once the deal was closed I had to figure out the basics of my car on my own. Thankfully, youtube helps. The car also had an unusual odor and I advised my salesperson of the odor and he stated that would be done when they cleaned the car. A few days later I go to pick up the car, the car was clean but the odor was still there so I had my car detailed by an outside source. Now the odor is gone. The car detail guy also noticed a tear on my center console in the backseat. I called the interior warranty I purchased and was denied since it happened BEFORE I bought the car and told me to work with the dealership. I knew that would be a dead end but hoped the dealership would make right of this and fix it but was also denied by them. The tear is not even an inch ling but noticeable when you pull the drink console down. This will be another out of pocket expense again for an issue I feel the dealership could have fixed as i know it would not be a high expense for them. Also, the spare key did not work and I went to the dealership to get that issue resolved and the salesrep who greeted us wanted to see paperwork for the car..who the xxxx walks around with paperwork of their car. He was able to find my information with my phone number. Overrall, the car is great but just those few details that could have been corrected by the dealership would have gone a long way..Customer satisfaction is out the window these days though. More
