The worst customer experience ever This is my second post regarding the ridiculous service Stateline Nissan provides. We bought our car in feb 2018, and they messed up so many things an This is my second post regarding the ridiculous service Stateline Nissan provides. We bought our car in feb 2018, and they messed up so many things and it took for ever to correct those. And even now we still have issues with the maintenance contract will bought while buying the car. We called multiple time few months back to make sure the maintenance contract is in the system so that we can get our maintenance done. They said they have added and we should be good but here we are, we at the Nissan service center and they say they dont see anything in the system. And now we are paying from our pocket despite the maintenance contract we took. This time im going to call the Nissan corporate and going to file a complaint. This is worst customer service i have ever experienced. More

Buying a Pre-Owned Good experience, was first really annoyed by the random extra charges they added to their advertised price. But in the end was able to negotiate out o Good experience, was first really annoyed by the random extra charges they added to their advertised price. But in the end was able to negotiate out of half of the extra fees. They were very friendly in showing us the cars and talking about its features later when i went to go pick it up. Don't be too quick with the financing tho, because their rates are very high. They were quite more pushy than the 3 other dealerships we had visited that day, but I guess that worked out for them in the end when we ended up buying the car. More
