I personally would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! the worst experience ever, I will never be back, Randy the sales manager was extremely rude, and cant follow up on anything. The lack of communication at this dealership is unbelievable. Mel the sales guy who I was originally working with completely dropped the ball on my loan, then the dealership told me a week later that he no longer works there, he violated probation and now is in prison. Sounds real comforting knowing I just gave this man my sensitive information. I drove my car home, two weeks later they say my loan isn't processed that I will have to bring the car back. The dealership lost my paperwork and didn't submit anything. Every time you call you have to speak to someone new. They don't know what their doing at all, they act like its a big game, hustle and hassle the customer until their at a braking point. just unacceptable behavior over all. More

I am thoroughly displeased with the results of my service. I was told I needed to replace something I did not even have on my vehicle. The dealership said I had an AWD and needed to replace a fluid, service. I was told I needed to replace something I did not even have on my vehicle. The dealership said I had an AWD and needed to replace a fluid, for an additional $100..... I told the person servicing my car that it’s not an all AWD vehicle it’s a front wheeled drive vehicle. I will no longer becoming to this location and will advise my friends and family to stay clear from this location. I pray what I payed for actually was done. If not my lawyers will be involved. More
