that is her very valid complaint , my complaint was it tok them almost 4 hours to do my paperwork and get us out of there, now wait I paid cash, did a trade in, HAD MY TITLE there, it was a bad rainy day, so they were NOT BUSY, I set out in the show room all afternoon, while they took forever, between the salesman and jennifer the financial lady, you need to streamline this on a customer such as we were, had my cashiers check and my title, and it still took them 4 hours,, OOH also I had stopped by the day before and talked with my salesman and had a 1:00 appt. on the day we came, and we were perfectly on time, and he even knew that we were choosing between one of two vehicles, the next day and i brought my wife with me to decide, and she chose one of those two, I am 73 years young annd have bought 18 new vehicles the last 14 or 15 years, nobody nobody ever took even half as long as your folks did to sell me that vehicle, and I always pay cashhhh, you need to see about streamlining the paperwork between the salesperson and jennifer, there was the bigggg hold up, 4 hours worth, and they and the dealershi not busyyyyy a bad rainy day so it was slow in there I sat therre and took it all in, all aftrernoon craig helms
