I dropped off my 2024 IS 500 for an under warranty service which was taken to Lexus of Cherry Hill two times and the problem still has not been corrected. On my second attempt a service technician dam service which was taken to Lexus of Cherry Hill two times and the problem still has not been corrected. On my second attempt a service technician damaged the new part he had replaced. To make things worse my service advisor asked me if I wanted a car wash which I agreed to but had explained to him as long as it was a touchless car wash being I was so particular on how I wash my car and he replied it was a foam and rinse, never did he state cars were dried with a towel. When they returned the car back to me it was full of starched and swirls. The dealer tried making it right by hiring a detailer to his defense (detailer) he pulled off a miracle considering the amount of damage done to the exterior of the vehicle, but unfortunately the damage was done leaving scratch marks even after the detail. I would not deal with this dealer but unfortunately it’s the closest one to me which was the reason for me to do business with them. My experience at this dealer prior to this last visit was ok which again was for an under warranty job and at that particular time was a different service advisor. This experience has been a nightmare and I wish this does not happen to anyone else. One of their two halo vehicles treated as if it did not matter to dry with a towel. More

We were dismayed at having a flat tire on our almost-new Lexus. We were gratified that CHL furnished us with a new tire very promptly, and reduced our bill to $200. Unfortunately we had another flat on the Lexus. We were gratified that CHL furnished us with a new tire very promptly, and reduced our bill to $200. Unfortunately we had another flat on the same tire in less than two weeks. We used Lexus roadside assistance to flatbed our car to CHL. This service was efficient and free. The service manager, Wayne Gross, replaced the tire free of charge including mounting and balancing. We are grateful for this accommodation. Service reps, Ginger and Mike, were also very helpful.
