Walter was responsive and courteous when I recently brought my vehicle in for service. The vehicle was due for oil change and tire rotation service. Walter is great to work with but the policy’s of the dealership is not fair. When you bring your car in at 7am and you don’t get your car back until 4pm because you are not willing to sit there for a dealership is not fair. When you bring your car in at 7am and you don’t get your car back until 4pm because you are not willing to sit there for a couple of hours while they service your car is wild. So you’re penalized by the dealership and the people who bring their cars in after you they service their car before mine because they are willing to waste their time sitting there. And once again they didn’t reset my oil life More
